A Morpheus8 treatment can take between 15-60 minutes depending on the treatment area. Most patients find the treatment tolerable and describe it as a feeling of pressure, pinching, or heat.

Morpheus8 is typically well-received by patients. Before the procedure begins, a topical anesthetic cream is applied to maximize your comfort during the treatment.

Following a Morpheus8 treatment, you can expect tiny pinpoint bleeding from the skin that seals within minutes from the micro-needling. Your skin may appear slightly erythematous (red), with mild swelling or bruising. You may notice red, raised bumps at the micro-needling sites. These symptoms typically resolve in 24-72 hours. You may also notice that your skin feels tight, rough, or drier than usual for the first 5-7 days after the treatment.

Visible results can typically be seen after 3 weeks with ongoing improvements up to 3 months, as new collagen is produced.

For optimal results, we recommend 3 Morpheus8 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The number of treatments required is dependent upon the patient’s current skin condition and treatment goals. Once you have achieved your desired results, we recommend maintenance treatments 6-12 months apart.
